Ms Collins led a session today with our trainees on embedding challenge into lessons. We know challenge is the core of the growth mindset, so we encourage our teachers to learn more about their students, ask open questions and encourage students to share opinions. https://t.co/NcExxnAAyo

Primary Lunch Menu - April 2024

Allergies and Dietary requirements

All meals are Halal and we do not serve pork in the Primary academy. There is always a vegetarian option available and dietary requirements, such as a vegan menu, can be provided. Nuts are not included on the menu and all precautions are taken to reduce nut products however we cannot guarantee the Academy is nut free.

When preparing over 2000 meals in the Academy daily it is so important that allergies are identified correctly, and special menus are produced to ensure the safety of our students. Depending on the child’s allergy or dietary requirement there maybe an Allergy Aware menu allocated to the child or a bespoke menu. These will be shared with parents to ensure they are appropriate for the child.

If your child has an allergy, please complete the relevant form below and submit it to the school office along with medical evidence confirming your child’s allergy. This can include an Allergy Action plan, doctors’ letter etc. We will then work with Innovate to produce a suitable menu. In the meantime your child may only receive an allergy assured school meal to ensure their safety.

If your child will be attending wraparound please also let the wraparound team know about any allergy or dietary requirement.
