Our goal is to provide all children within our care with a happy, safe, caring and stimulating environment before and after school. It is our aim to treat each child as an individual, encourage them in everything they do. 

Chobham Nursery / Reception Wraparound Care

Wraparound cares run term time only in the morning and after school. Breakfast and an evening snack is included in the cost of the care. The meals offered to the children are healthy and balanced. Children may not bring their own food items to the club unless this has been agreed in advance due to allergy or food intolerances.The evening snack is served at 4.00pm daily.

7.30am-8.20am: £3.30 per day
3.00pm-4.30pm: £9.00 per day
3.00-6.00pm: £15.00 per day

How to Pay

You will be emailed an invoice once you have completed the sign up form and the office has confirmed there is space for your child in the wraparound provision.

Make payment via your ParentPay or TFC (Tax Free Childcare) account before the payment deadline date.

Childcare Vouchers

Childcare vouchers are no longer accepted by the academy. 

Changing a Booking

Contact Ms Sarnari, Nursery Manager at a.sarnari@chobhamacademy.org.uk with your booking amendments. We require 14 days notice to cancel a booking otherwise you will still be charged. Please contact the school office if you have any specific circumstances you feel we should be aware of.

Late collection of children at Extended Day Care

1) If it is the first occasion of late collection and the parent/carer has notified the School by 5pm, no charge will be made for supervision until 6.10pm.
2) After the first occasion, failure to collect your child after 6 pm will result in a £1 charge per every minute that you are late to cover the overtime paid to Chobham staff. The late fee is capped at £30.00.
3) Late fees should be paid in cash when your child is collected.
4) The academy will make a referral to social services at 6pm if no contact can be made with the parent/carer.
