What a great week to learn to ski! We arrived on Monday to a fresh blanket of snow which set us up nicely for the week, from then on the sun was out every day with clear blue skies – the perfect morning ski conditions. The afternoons proved a challenge for students as the snow became softer and therefore choppy and bumpy, great conditions to fall over in, which plenty did!

Our typical day began with a 7am wake up and breakfast before getting ready to head up the mountains for 5 hours of lessons with our incredible instructors. By day 3 the majority of students were whizzing all over the mountain with our top group conquering a number of red runs.

After a busy day on the slopes we headed back to the hotel for some afternoon tea followed by one of our evening activities, the most popular being our trip to the sports centre to play tennis, badminton and table tennis and our trip rock climbing and bouldering.
